Let’s get real for a moment. Life is stressful.

For some of us, the stresses of life can seem overwhelming, and it can take a real toll on our physical, mental and emotional health. No wonder things like depression and substance use have a significant impact on us. Sadly, the stress is so much for some of us that suicide has become the second leading cause of death for people between the ages of 10 and 34.

Also real talk: You are worthy and valid. You rock!

Too often we are made to feel ashamed or embarrassed to speak up about how we feel because of how others might react. Fear of judgement, stigma and discrimination prevent us from getting the help and support we need. That’s not ok!

We want you to know that you are not alone in whatever you are experiencing, and there is always someone out there who understands and can offer support.
